Sneak peek of a concept I'm going to shoot in this location :)

So this is what I wrapped my camera in - I guess to weatherproof it. Yup, saran wrap. Don't judge! Because it worked. Haha. I know DSLR's are supposed to be "waterproof" but I didn't feel like risking it :P 

So I did a shoot last Tuesday with a skirt of my sisters that twirls beautifully. I picked an awful spot to shoot, and I ended up not liking any of them because of it. But I have a concept along with the skirt, and the skirt is awesome, so I will try again, mind you. But I worked ridiculously hard on one picture, doing a major manipulation and back breaking expansion. So! I am very proud of that, and I felt like posting it here. Showing off my lame editing skillz. So here's the two raw images I used, and the final product(which sucks, and I hate it, but I did pretty well editing, right??)
I liked my body in the first one, but my fingers were cut off. And I knew no way could I reconstruct that. So I meshed the two, using the head and arms from the second, and body from the first. And obviously did an expansion :)

I quite like this top one. Might even upload it to flickr.... just maybe. :P

I just learned how to do gradients!! I'm super excited! So this is me just playing around with an old shot from November last year of my best friend, Sam. I can't wait to use a gradient on something new :D
